About Us
Apex Site Services started as a local party rental company servicing all of North Texas in the 2010s. When COVID struck in 2020, Apex was tasked with setting up large-scale drive-thru testing facilities. We began creating never-seen-before, innovative site solutions and infrastructure that served our communities under emergency declarations. Apex quickly became a nationwide provider for testing sites, temporary hospitals, and mononucleosis treatment facilities. Post-COVID, Apex was tasked with providing various temporary infrastructure solutions for a diverse set of needs – military housing, emergency relief/life support facilities, immigration processing, detention centers, and much more.
We pride ourselves on having an unrelenting commitment to completing the mission and thinking outside the box to create solutions in the toughest environments and conditions. Our team knows what it takes to provide high-quality interactions and products every step of the way. Apex brings you experts with peak industry knowledge and promises first-class accommodations for every project.

Acts of Service

RTC MISSIONS
Apex Site Services is honored to support RTC Missions, an organization dedicated to strengthening communities in Kenya through education, outreach, and sustainable empowerment programs. During a recent visit, our Founder & CEO, Jon Garrett, had the privilege of teaching a business class to more than 40 women, focusing on financial discipline, savings, and long-term stability.
RTC Missions’ savings and loan model allows women, many of whom are widowed or raising children on their own, to support one another, build small businesses, and create dependable income for their families. Hearing their stories and witnessing their determination made a meaningful impact on our team. Jon described the experience as an opportunity to learn, to encourage, and to see meaningful change happening firsthand.

THE MAGDALEN HOUSE
Our commitment to service extends beyond the field. Apex Site Services partners with The Magdalen House, a nonprofit recovery community in Dallas, TX, dedicated to providing free programs for men and women seeking freedom from alcoholism.
Inspired by the personal connection of our leadership team, Apex supports The Magdalen House through volunteerism, fundraising, and advocacy. We believe in the power of recovery and in creating opportunities for individuals to rebuild their lives with dignity and purpose.
