Military FOB

Camp Bravo - Del Rio, TX

Contract: #TMD-22-SAD-00350

Scope: Designed and constructed a full-scale, turn-key military FOB supporting Operation Lone Star for 1,000 soldiers.

Deliverables:

  • (15) barracks with wood-framed base flooring and Duratrak surfaces
  • Semi-rigid structure tents with HVAC, power, restrooms, and showers
  • Bunkbeds, lockers, and furniture for four-person units
  • Full DFAC with seating, beverage, and snack service
  • Comprehensive catering, janitorial, and sanitation support

Camp Charlie - Eagle Pass, TX

Scope: Delivered a secure forward operating base providing full life-support capabilities for Texas National Guard troops under Operation Lone Star.

Deliverables:

  • Custom soft-sided housing with semi-rigid interiors
  • Full-service gym, covered recreation court, and outdoor shade structure
  • Power, water, wastewater, and solid-waste management systems
  • Perimeter fencing, light towers, sandbags, and surveillance

Camp Kelly - Zapata, TX

Scope: Provided comprehensive facility management and wrap-around services supporting Texas Military Department and National Guard personnel.

Disaster Recovery

Hurricane Helene - Marion, NC

Scope: Provided turnkey soft-sided life-support facilities and full-service catering to disaster-response and restoration teams.

Deliverables:

  • Served 6,500 meals per day for 60+ days across 5 locations
  • Boxed-lunch and beverage delivery to remote sites

COVID-19 - Texas

Built statewide drive-through medical facilities to support the Texas Department of State Health Services during the COVID-19 pandemic.

COVID-19 - State of Louisiana Health Department

Scope: Built complete temporary hospitals for the Louisiana Department of Health to expand capacity during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The Worldwide Expeditionary Multiple Award Contract II (WEXMAC 2.1), managed by the Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP), is a government-wide contract vehicle designed to support expeditionary, contingency, and humanitarian operations across the globe. It provides a rapid and efficient method for the U.S. Navy, Department of Defense (DoD), and other federal agencies to procure turnkey infrastructure and life-support services.

WEXMAC 2.1 allows qualified industry partners like Apex Site Services to deliver critical mission support wherever operations demand readiness, speed, and reliability.
